This handmade blend consisting of the sweet smell of Cinnamon Bark combined with floral notes of French Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and grounding Cedarwood, is the perfect way to wind down at the end of a long day.
Cedarwood(Cedrus Deodara) – This Cedarwood essential oil with a soft, woody aroma has a grounding, soothing and sedative effect on your mood;  reducing stress and easing the mind.
Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) –Studies suggest this Cinnamon Bark essential oil, when used in aromatherapy, can act as a stress reliever and mood booster. This oil (in contrast with the other oils in this blend, which are a more sedative) is intended to keep your mind a little more active than if you were winding down for sleep.
Lavender (French)(Lavandula Angustifolia) – Calming and uplifting with a fresh, floral aroma, this Lavender essential oil is famous for its ability to calm your mind, body, and spirit.
Ylang Ylang(Cananga Odorata) – This Ylang Ylang essential oil has an exotic and sweet aroma with floral notes and is commonly used to lessen tension, stress, and anxiety. Studies suggest this oil also boosts self-esteem, as well as having sedative effects.
